FAQ
What is a credit?
The API, MCP, CLI and the website's AI placement share one balance. A search costs 1 credit (up to 50 results) and placing memes into an article costs 10. Viewing, downloading, favoriting and uploading are free.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset every billing month. Credit packs never expire and are used only after your monthly credits run out.
Am I charged for failed requests?
No. If something fails on our side (say the model times out) the credits go straight back. A search with no results still costs 1 credit, since we go fetch more memes for it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Manage subscription in the dashboard. You keep your plan until the period ends, then drop to Free; pack credits stay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: within 7 days of your first purchase, if you used no more than 10% of the credits, email us for a full refund. See the Refund Policy.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades apply immediately: you pay the prorated difference and get the difference in credits. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
Which payment methods do you take?
Payments run on Stripe: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alipay or WeChat Pay where available. We never see or store your card number.
Does paying make the memes cleared for commercial use?
No. You pay for search and placement, not for image rights. Memes collected from the web belong to their creators; only images marked “Commercial use OK” are openly licensed.
